Call us, write to us or book a call. We find out how many locations you have, where the data lives today and which website system the map will run on.
We move your locations
You send us an export of your data, for example from Storemapper, Stockist, Google My Maps, an Excel or CSV file or your old plugin. We map the columns, check the addresses and import everything into your account for free. The import fills in missing coordinates from the address.
Map setup and video call walkthrough
Together we choose the right template, colours, filters and the fields visitors see. In a personal video call we show you how to maintain your locations and answer your questions.
Go live without downtime
Your current map stays online until the new one is fully set up and checked. Then you swap the embed code - or your agency does. Only after that do you cancel your old provider.

What does the switching service cost?

Nothing. Moving your location data and the video call walkthrough are free.

Do I have to cancel my old provider right away?

No. Keep your old map online until the new one is set up and checked. Only when the new code runs on your website do you cancel your old provider.

What if my old provider has no export?

Talk to us. Often the data can still be put together as a table, for example from a list on your website or from your internal records.

Do I need a paid plan for this?

No. The switching service also applies on the Free plan. If you have more locations than the Free plan allows, we will advise you which plan fits.
