Billing and contract questions
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at the end of the billing month, yearly ones at the end of the year. The account then moves to the Free plan.
What happens if I have more locations than my plan allows?
You can see your usage in the app at any time. When you reach a limit, move to the next plan – your data stays as it is.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes, paying yearly saves you 20% compared to monthly billing.
Which payment methods are available?
SEPA direct debit, credit card and invoice are planned. Online payment is still being built; until then we arrange billing with you directly.
Are prices net?
Yes, all prices are plus statutory VAT. The service is aimed at businesses.
Do I need my own Google Maps key?
No. By default the map uses OpenStreetMap, with no extra cost. Google Maps support is coming soon.
