Member and location map for associations and clubs

"Is there a member business near me?" or "Where's the nearest local club?" A map with search answers that better than any PDF list.

The typical situation

Trade associations, craft guilds, professional bodies, sports federations and charities show on their website who belongs to them: member businesses, regional and local chapters, clubs, advice centres. Often that's a long list or a PDF updated once a year.

Visitors don't want to scroll, though. They're looking for a certified business in their town, a club for their child or the nearest advice centre, ideally with phone number and opening hours.

How My Store Locator fits

Search by town and postcode. Visitors enter their town or use "use my location" and see the nearest entries sorted by distance.

Specialisms and offers as filters. Use categories and custom fields to record what a member offers: specialisms, sports, age groups, languages, step-free access, certificates. Visitors filter by them.

Members maintain their own entry. With the store manager role (Business plan), each local chapter or member business gets its own login that can only edit its own entry. The head office doesn't have to change every phone number itself, and a log shows every change.

Large networks and several maps. Build several maps from the same data, for example a national map and one per regional chapter. On the Business plan, locations, maps and users are agreed individually, plus roles and permissions, white label with your own domain and a custom data processing agreement.

Enquiries to the right place. With the contact form in the map, visitors send an enquiry to a specific entry. Enquiries arrive in the app's inbox (from Pro).

Where there's no offer yet. On the Business plan, statistics also show searches in places with no entry nearby. For associations, that's a hint where new members or clubs are needed.

Privacy included. Map server in Germany, no Google key, click-to-load if you want it, statistics without cookies and without storing IP addresses. More under GDPR & security.

For a member directory with search, List + map (already in Free) or Finder (from Starter) works well. If you mainly want to show how widely the association is represented, use Pin card as an overview (from Pro).

Small clubs with few locations get by with Free or Starter. Business is made for associations with many members, regional chapters and their own logins. All plans under Pricing.

FAQ

Can we simply put member businesses on the map?

For businesses and clubs with a public address that is usually fine. For individuals, such as consultants or coaches, it's better to get their consent. Clarify this with your data protection officer. We provide a data processing agreement.

Can we take over the member list from our membership software?

Yes, as CSV. Export the list from your membership software and import it, up to 5,000 rows per run. Our free switching service helps the first time.

Are there discounts for non-profit clubs?

Get in touch. For the Business plan we put together an individual offer.
