A store finder for your website
Customers find the nearest store, see whether it is open and start directions - on your own website, in your brand's design. Embedded with one code snippet, maintained in one place.
Your customers' questions
Anyone who opens your store finder usually wants to know three things: where is the nearest store, is it open now, and how do I get there? A store finder from My Store Locator answers exactly that:
- Location search by town, postcode or name, with suggestions while typing and "use my location"
- A list by distance next to the map, and a pull-up list on phones
- Opening hours with two time slots per day and special days for holidays or stocktaking
- Filters by category, status, "open now" and custom fields such as parking or step-free access
- Call, website and directions in one click, and from Pro the route right inside the map
See it live
The demo shows a store finder with made-up stores. Switch between templates and try the search.
Fictional demo data. Without the real map everything runs in your browser. After "Load real map", map images and place suggestions come from our own map server in Germany. Your search is not passed to third parties and not stored with your IP address.
Add a location search in minutes
- Create a free account.
- Add your stores or import them as CSV (from Starter).
- Pick a template: List + map for your company site, Mobile Sheet for lots of phone visits, Finder with a status filter for large networks.
- Copy the code in Embed Studio and paste it on your "Stores" or "Locations" page.
There are step-by-step guides for WordPress, Shopify, Shopware, TYPO3, Wix and many other systems. How to prepare your data and test the store finder is covered in the guide Add a store finder to your website.
Embed once, maintain centrally
The code contains a fixed token. New stores, changed opening hours or a different template are handled in the app - nothing changes on your website. Statuses such as "opening soon" or "temporarily closed" let you control what customers see.
Without Google Maps, with privacy built in
The store finder loads no Google services. Map tiles and address search run through our server in Germany, and statistics work without cookies. If you like, the page first shows a placeholder and the map only loads after a click. More in the guide Store locator without Google Maps.
FAQ
What is the difference between a store finder and a store locator?
None - they are two names for the same thing: a search on your website that helps visitors find the nearest location. More in What is a store locator?.
How much does the store finder cost?
The Free plan costs nothing for up to 25 stores on one map and has no expiry date. Larger networks choose Starter or Pro, see Pricing.
Can each store maintain its own opening hours?
Yes, on the Business plan with the store manager role. The store then sees and edits only its own entry.
Will the store finder slow down my website?
The map loads in its own frame from our server. With "load only after a click" it only loads when a visitor opens it.
Try it with your own locations.
Create an account, import your locations, embed the map. The Free plan stays free - and you can test Pro for 14 days.
