Sub-processors
These are the service providers we use to run My Store Locator for you. All of them process your data in Germany.

When you use My Store Locator, we process personal data on your behalf as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR), for example the enquiries visitors send through the form on your map. For some tasks we use other service providers, known as sub-processors. This page applies to the My Store Locator application at app.my-store-locator.com. For the website my-store-locator.com, the privacy policy applies.

What is not on this list
Our own map server: Map tiles, address search and routes for your maps come from our own map server in Germany. Your website visitors' browsers do not contact any external map service, and we do not pass on your visitors' IP addresses. The map data comes from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors) but is stored on our server. The OpenStreetMap Foundation receives no data.
Stripe (payment processing): We bill paid plans through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. This only concerns your own contract and payment data as a customer, not the data you process in My Store Locator. Stripe is therefore not a sub-processor. Details about Stripe are in the privacy policy.
Website my-store-locator.com: Our website runs on a server operated by us at IONOS SE in a data centre in Spain (EU). It does not process any data from the application.
Changes to this list
We will inform you in advance about new or changed sub-processors so that you can object. Details are set out in the DPA. Whenever something changes, we update this page and its date.
