Where can I buy it? Stockist map for food and drink brands
Customers tried your product on holiday or saw it online and want to know where to buy or drink it. Your map answers that in seconds.
The typical situation
Breweries, mineral water brands, wineries, coffee roasters and regional food producers sell through many channels: drinks stores, supermarkets, delis, restaurants and bars, maybe their own farm shop or factory outlet. The most common question on the website and on social media is: "Where can I get this?"
The answer usually sits in a list from sales or the wholesaler. It's long, changes all the time, and not every store carries every product.
How My Store Locator fits
All points of sale on one map. With categories like "drinks store", "supermarket", "restaurant & bar" or "farm shop", visitors see straight away where to buy and where to taste. They filter by them.
Product range as filters. Use custom fields to record which products or lines a point of sale carries, for example "alcohol-free", "seasonal beer", "organic line" or "whole-bean coffee". That way nobody drives to a store that doesn't have what they want.
Update the list via CSV. Import points of sale from sales or your wholesaler as CSV, up to 5,000 rows per run, with column mapping and preview. For the next update, import the new list.
Your own farm shop or outlet. Opening hours with two time slots per day and special days for events, seasons and holidays. With "open now", visitors see whether they can still drop by today.
What people search for. Statistics show views, searches and clicks on directions or call. From the Pro plan you see the top search terms; on Business also searches in areas where your product isn't available yet. Useful numbers for talks with retailers.
Works for social media too. Every map has a fixed link with a QR code. Use it in your Instagram profile, on the label, on beer mats or at your trade fair stand.
Privacy included. Map server in Germany, no Google key, click-to-load if you want it, statistics without cookies. More under GDPR & security.
Recommended template and plan
For many points of sale, List + map (already in Free) or Finder (from Starter) works well: visitors enter a town or postcode and get the nearest stores. For an image-led brand page, Explorer gives you a full-screen map (from Starter).
Depending on the size of your network, Starter (100 locations) or Pro (1,000 locations) is enough. Above that, let's talk about Business. All plans under Pricing. How manufacturers with fixed dealers work is shown under Dealer locator for manufacturers.
FAQ
Does the map show whether a store has the product in stock right now?
No. My Store Locator doesn't manage stock. You record which products a point of sale generally carries.
Can we get the points of sale straight from our wholesaler?
If your wholesaler provides a list as Excel or CSV, you import it directly and map the columns during import. Our free switching service helps the first time.
Can we show restaurants and retail separately?
Yes. Either as categories in one map with a filter, or as two maps, for example "Buy" and "Drink", both fed from the same data.
