Create a dealer map
Your dealer list becomes an interactive map - with search, filters and contact details. Show it on your website, share it by link or print the QR code on brochures.
From list to map
Most dealer maps start as a spreadsheet: name, address, phone, perhaps a dealer tier. This is how it becomes a map:
- Create a free account.
- Save the spreadsheet as CSV and import it (from Starter, up to 5,000 rows per run). You map the columns during import, and missing coordinates are filled in from the address. On the Free plan you enter up to 25 dealers one by one.
- Turn columns such as dealer tier or brand into a category or custom field - optionally as a filter on the map.
- Publish the map and embed it.

What your dealer map can look like
The demo shows three of the ten templates with made-up dealers. You set colours, font, corners and map style in the app.
Fictional demo data. Without the real map everything runs in your browser. After "Load real map", map images and place suggestions come from our own map server in Germany. Your search is not passed to third parties and not stored with your IP address.
Three ways to show the map
On your website. One code snippet from Embed Studio is enough - there are guides for WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Jimdo and many other systems.
By link. Every published map has its own address. Email the link to your sales team and dealers, or put it in your newsletter.
By QR code. Print the QR code from Embed Studio on brochures, packaging or trade fair stands. Anyone who scans it goes straight to the dealer map.
Several maps from one list
Build several maps from the same data, for example one for all dealers and one only for service partners, or one per country. Change a dealer once and it is up to date on every map. How many maps your plan includes is listed under Pricing.
More than dots on a map
Unlike a plain overview map with pins, a dealer map from My Store Locator is a search: visitors enter a town or postcode and see the nearest dealers with distance, opening hours and directions. The difference from a free Google map is explained in Google My Maps or My Store Locator.

Is the dealer map free?
Yes, on the Free plan for up to 25 dealers on one map, with no expiry date. For CSV import and more dealers you need Starter or Pro.
Can I use the map without a website of my own?
Yes. Share the link or the QR code. The map runs on our server.
How do I update the map when new dealers join?
Add the dealers in the app or import the updated list again. The map picks up the changes, and nothing needs to change on your website.
Does the map look good on phones?
Yes. All templates adapt to the screen width. The "Mobile Sheet" template is made for pages with lots of mobile visitors.
