Dealer locator for bicycles and e-bikes

Anyone buying an e-bike wants to ride it first. Your dealer map shows where that's possible, who services it later and whether the shop is open right now.

The typical situation

Bike and e-bike brands sell almost entirely through specialist dealers. The website has a "find a dealer" page fed from a list kept by the sales team. Not every dealer carries every model, not every one offers test rides or a workshop for e-bike motors, and some work with bike leasing schemes while others don't.

Buyers have very concrete questions: Where can I test-ride this model? Who repairs my motor? Does the shop accept my leasing scheme? Bike shops with several branches also deal with seasonal hours: longer in spring, shorter in winter.

How My Store Locator fits

Services as filters. Use custom fields to record what each dealer offers: test rides, e-bike workshop, bike leasing, cargo bikes, rental. Visitors filter by them and only see dealers that match their question.

Dealer tiers and brands. Categories such as "premium dealer", "dealer" or "service partner" show on the map who plays which role. If you carry several brands, set them up as a category or custom field.

Seasonal opening hours. Two time slots per day per location, plus special days for public holidays, company holidays and stocktaking. The "open now" filter shows only shops that are open at the moment.

Directions by bike. From the Pro plan, visitors plan the route inside the map, by car, by bike or on foot. Without Pro, one click opens Google Maps.

Dealer list via CSV. Import the list from your sales team as CSV, up to 5,000 rows per run. For the next update, simply import again.

Enquiries to the nearest dealer. With the contact form in the map, prospects send an enquiry, for instance for a test ride, straight to a dealer. Enquiries arrive in the app's inbox (from Pro). It is not a booking system.

Where dealers are missing. Statistics show what people search for. On the Business plan you also see searches in places with no dealer nearby, which helps sales plan coverage.

Privacy included. The map comes from our own map server in Germany, no Google key needed. If you like, it only loads after a click. Statistics work without cookies. More under GDPR & security.

For a brand's dealer search, List + map works best: dealers sorted by distance on the left, the map on the right. For bike shops with a few branches and many mobile visitors, Mobile sheet is a good fit. Both are included in the Free plan.

For a dealer network with filters, enquiries and directions in the map, Pro is the right plan (up to 1,000 locations). All plans under Pricing. More about dealer networks under Dealer locator for manufacturers.

FAQ

Can each dealer maintain their own opening hours?

Yes, on the Business plan. With the store manager role, a dealer gets access to their own entry only and updates opening hours and special days themselves.

Can dealers in Austria and Switzerland be on the map too?

Yes. Locations can be in any country, and visitors can filter by country.

Does the map show which models a dealer has in stock?

No, My Store Locator doesn't manage stock. You can, however, record model ranges or brands a dealer generally carries as a custom field.
